Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All returns and order issues must be reported within thirty (90) days of the delivery date. We DO NOT accept returns for refund for any orders that are beyond 90 days from the delivery date.

For the kit(s) you received within ninety (90) days of the delivery date that has the following questions, we offer free return and full refunds:

1. Missing or broken pieces.

2. Broken packging.

3. Wrong product received.

4. Other problems caused by us.

5.Personalized and customized products

We DO NOT accept returns if:

1. The items have already been used.

2. If you directly damage, break, or lose the item - you will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3. The customer made a mistake when ordering the goods for instance (including but not limited to) wrong model selection, wrong quantity selection, mistake in the nature of the goods.

If you need a return, please contact our customer service team to discuss exact details delivery first.

DO NOT send it back directly without contacting our service personnel, otherwise we will not issue a refund.

Return shipping Cost Responsibility

Due to Quality lssues or incorrect ltem sent: lf the return is due to a product defect or our shipping error, we willcover the return shipping cost and provide a return label or reimbursement.

Due to Personal Reasons (e.g, change of mind, not as expected): if the return is not due to a product issue, thecustomer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensuresafe delivery.

About Customized Products

Customized products are a special type of product, so our policies are also different.

1. If you cancel the order within 24 hours after placing it, we will provide a full refund.
2. If you cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it, as we have already started production, we will only be able to refund 50% of the order amount.

If you want to cancel an order, please do so within 24 business hours BEFORE it is sent out. After it's shipped, we cannot accept the requirement of a refund, especially when lacking shipping resources.

Important Information:

For orders to the United States, please allow 10-12 business days for customized products to be shipped.

Processing Time will be 1 - 2 business days after we receive your order.

Estimated Arrival Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

During peak seasons (like Mother's Day & Christmas), shipping can take an additional 3-4 Business days.

Due to customs policies, glue, battery, or pigment may not be included in the package.

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

To ensure prompt delivery, we prioritize shipping from local warehouses. If you purchase multiple items, your order may be split into separate packages.

3. Orders Tracking

Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details.

Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. For the exact location of your shipment, please click Track Your Order to enter your logistics number for inquiry.
